I have found it useful for general material specs.
Below is what I found for quartz.
Fused Quartz = 1.46
Fused Quartz Lamp tubing = 1.458
Alpha Quartz  1.544, 1.553

There is a Beta  Quartz but it looks like God released that version
prematurely as it doesn't have usefull optical qualities :).
